Simplify site selection and procurement with data-driven tools.

For those who must select a site and shape procurement before capital is committed: TERRA and CORTEX turn geographic data, constraints and requirements into defensible decisions. Screen sites on vertical, certifiable data and produce documentation that holds up to regulators and lenders.

02The problem

Siting decisions are made on scattered, unverifiable data.

Seismicity, hydrology, grid, environmental constraints and supplier availability live in different sources, often outdated and never compared consistently. When a lender or regulator asks what the site choice rests on, reconstructing the chain takes weeks, and every gap is risk on a billion-dollar project.

03What it does04
01

Site screening on vertical data

TERRA overlays seismicity, hydrology, grid and environmental constraints on one map base, so candidates are compared on the same criteria.

02

Constraint-driven procurement

TERRA ties site requirements to supplier and infrastructure availability, showing where procurement is realistic and where it becomes the real schedule risk.

03

Certifiable dossier

CORTEX packages the siting analysis into traceable documentation, with every conclusion tied to its data source, ready for regulators and due diligence.

04

Live updates

When a constraint or datum changes, the analysis and the documentation update together: the decision stays anchored to the latest version of the facts.

04How it works04 STEPS
01

Scope

Define your site criteria and search area in TERRA.

02

Compare

TERRA ranks candidates on consistent vertical data.

03

Document

CORTEX generates the siting dossier with traced sources.

04

Defend

Present defensible choices to regulators and lenders.

05Architecture

A lean stack to decide before committing capital: TERRA turns geographic data and constraints into a ranking of comparable sites, CORTEX packages them into a traceable dossier that holds up to regulators and lenders.

06Deployment

Managed SaaS

Environment ready to run with no infrastructure of your own, ideal in early development when you need fast screening decisions across several candidate areas.

Private cloud with data residency

Dedicated instance in a defined-jurisdiction region, for projects where site data and financial models must stay within a national perimeter.

07Security & compliance

Pre-announcement confidentiality

Granular access control to candidate sites: sensitive locations stay visible only to the core team until the option is public, avoiding leaks that move land prices.

Traced sources for due diligence

Every dossier conclusion is tied to its data source and date, so lenders and regulators can verify the chain without taking it on trust.

Infrastructure certification

Platform conformant to ISO 27001, with encryption of data at rest and in transit and full access logging.

09FAQ

Where does the geospatial data come from?

TERRA integrates GIS datasets and OGC services (WMS/WFS) alongside seismic, hydrological and environmental data, and accepts your own field surveys where public maps fall short. Everything lives on the same queryable base.

Is the dossier accepted by regulators?

CORTEX produces documentation aligned to siting criteria (IAEA NS-R-3, 10 CFR 100) with traced sources. It doesn't replace the authority's assessment but gives it a verifiable chain that cuts request-for-information cycles.

What happens if a site datum changes?

Analysis and documentation update together: when a constraint or source changes, the site ranking and the dossier stay anchored to the latest version of the facts, without redoing the downstream analysis by hand.

Is TERRA still useful after the site is chosen?

Yes. The chosen site and its evidence flow into AEGIS as a licensing base and into FORGE as design constraints, so the screening work isn't lost but becomes the starting point of the later phases.
