These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the zeklar.com website and its waitlist signups, operated by ZEKLAR (VAT L81419031T).

These terms govern access to and use of the Zeklar site, including signups to the waitlists for Zeklar products. By accessing the site or joining a waitlist, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.
2 · Waitlist
Joining a waitlist does not constitute a purchase, a supply contract, or a guarantee of access to the product, whose availability and terms may change. We will contact you with development and launch updates.
3 · Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the service. Prohibited activities include, among others, unauthorised access, the use of automated systems to harvest data, the submission of unlawful content, and interference with the normal operation of the site.
