CORE nodes bring the data environment to the site where connectivity is unstable, keeping the as-built accessible and synchronized even in areas without reliable network.

Owner on-prem

For projects where the owner requires site data and as-built to stay within their own infrastructure, with VAULT ready to receive the plant at handover.

Each company sees only the data in its own scope, with boundaries between disciplines and contracts enforced by the system: collaboration happens without exposing confidential commercial information.

Revision control

Only approved revisions are buildable on site, with changes tracked and superseded revisions locked out: the risk of building from an obsolete version is removed.

Regulator-conformant handover

CORTEX verifies the handover package against the authority's requirements before transfer, so the alignment between as-built and documentation leaves no open findings.

09FAQ

Does every contractor have to change its tools?

No. CADENCE federates data from designers, EPCs and suppliers through standard exchange formats (IFC, BCF, ISO 19650) and connectors to scheduling tools like Primavera P6. Contractors keep their own systems and share into the common environment.

How is rework from superseded revisions cut?

All partners read the same approved revision: when it changes, it changes for everyone at once and the prior version is locked. No one builds from a disconnected copy anymore, the most common cause of nonconformities discovered after the fact.

Why does the handover package take weeks instead of months?

Because the regulator's required documentation is assembled from live site data as the plant is built, not reconstructed by hand at the end. CORTEX generates and verifies the package from data already present in the common environment.

What does the operator receive at handover?

VAULT receives as-built, certificates and design bases as a certified lifecycle archive. The operator starts with a complete, queryable plant memory rather than boxes of documents to reorganize.
