PRISM is the industrial AR/VR viewer for inspections: it overlays plant data - drawings, history, thresholds - onto the real asset in front of the technician. The architecture combines 4K optics, spatial tracking, a thermal camera and hands-free control, with a runtime that pulls data from VAULT and records evidence in PULSE. It is in pilot with selected customers.
Wearable inspection kit
Headset worn by the technician for walkdowns and maintenance, authenticated at startup and Wi-Fi-connected to the plant network.
VR training station
Used in immersive VR mode at a dedicated station for training and remote reviews, with FORGE 3D models as reference.
Construction-site pilot
Pilot use on the construction site with CADENCE for inspections and as-built checks, in evaluation with selected customers.
Authenticated startup
Secure boot and operator authentication at power-on: the viewer operates only after verifying identity and entitlements via AEGIS.
Encrypted storage
Photos, measurements and plant data stored on the device are encrypted at rest, protected if the headset is lost.
Secure channels and RBAC
Retrieval from VAULT and saving to PULSE run over encrypted channels, with data visibility limited to the technician's role.
Traceable evidence
Every inspection finding is recorded as evidence with author, date and asset reference, aligned to Zeklar's ISO 27001 governance.
Is PRISM already in production?
No, it is a pilot product in evaluation with selected customers on maintenance and walkdown use cases; specs and availability are evolving.

Aiming at the asset, PRISM pulls the component's drawings, history and thresholds from VAULT and 3D models from FORGE, overlaying them onto reality.
What is the thermal camera for?
